Privacy Policy
Synapse is in private beta. This policy explains the current data handling posture while the product is limited to early research teams.
We collect only what we need to run the product: your name, email, and session content. Session content (chats, uploaded papers, generated notebooks) is stored in your workspace and is never used to train AI models.
LLM calls are routed to the model provider selected for the workflow, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/Gemini, or a configured local runtime. Synapse does not intermediate model weights and does not log raw prompts beyond the minimum needed to render your session history and artifacts.
