Privacy Policy
This is a placeholder policy for the Synapse Trading private beta. A full policy will be published before general availability.
We collect only what we need to run the product: your name, email, and session content. Session content (chats, uploaded papers, generated notebooks) is stored in your workspace and is never used to train AI models.
LLM calls are routed to your chosen provider (Anthropic, OpenAI) under your account. Synapse does not intermediate model weights and does not log raw prompts beyond the minimum needed to render your session history.
